The Cinderella Project is run solely by volunteers – there are no paid employees. Volunteers come from a diverse range of backgrounds and each brings a different set of unique skills and experiences to the project. It is our policy to give returning volunteers the first opportunity to volunteer again. A core group of approximately 10 volunteers oversee the day-to-day operations of the program. Throughout the year, including Boutique Day, more than 400 volunteers including hairstylists, makeup artists, disc jockeys, seamstresses, tailors, photographers, and fairy godmothers and godfathers gather to create a memorable experience for Cinderellas and Cinderfellas. 

To date, Cinderella Project volunteers have contributed over 250,000 hours!

We are very fortunate and proud that the vast majority of our volunteers return to help with the Cinderella Project year after year. It is our policy to give our existing volunteers the first opportunity to apply for positions for the current year.
