We have some incredible news to share — after 26 amazing years as a volunteer-run organization, The Cinderella Project is hiring its very first Executive Director!
This marks a major milestone in our journey — one made possible by the unwavering support of our incredible community. Thanks to grant funding and sponsorships specifically earmarked to support this role, we’re able to take this next step without taking away a single dollar from the youth we serve. Every other penny we raise will continue to go directly toward supporting students facing barriers.
From our grassroots beginnings to becoming a cherished, community-driven initiative, The Cinderella Project has grown beyond what we could have imagined — thanks to over 700 dedicated volunteers and countless generous community partners.
As our programs have expanded to run year-round, so too has our vision for what’s possible. Bringing in an Executive Director will allow us to:
• Add fresh perspective and dedicated leadership,
• Strengthen our capacity and structure,
• And expand the impact of our mission in new and exciting ways.
We remain deeply committed to our core values — and the heart of The Cinderella Project will always be our volunteer spirit. This is about building on our shared success and preparing to do even more, together.
